Kimmy's gettin' married!

My sister, Kim, just got engaged to her boyfriend Josh. They are getting married in the Salt Lake Temple on June 9th. I am so happy for them. They're a great couple and I know they will have a wonderful life together. So I'll just briefly tell how Josh proposed. He had a limo pick them up at the Gateway and then drove them up by a hill/park in SLC (not sure where it was at exactly). He proposed there because that is where they first met. And then fireworks went off...yes...fireworks! It'll be fun to help my little sis plan her wedding. Since I have experience, I can give her some guidelines and tips. For example, make sure you have a professional do your wedding cake!!!!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas! We had a lot of fun! We got up on Christmas morning and opened our gifts from each other. Then we went to my family's house for breakfast and presents. Then we went to Brandon's mom's house at 1 for more presents. And then we went to Brandon's dad's at 4 for dinner and even more presents. It was a very busy day, but it was great to see all of our families! And I have to say, Brandon bought me a cute coat and purses that he picked out all on his own. He did good! :0D I have posted a few pics from Christmas...

I am so Lucky

So Brandon and I will celebrate our 2 year anniversary tomorrow! Wow, I can't believe it's been 2 years already. It's gone by so fast! I absolutely love being married, and I especially love my husband. I'm a lucky girl. He takes such good care of me. Yeah we have our disagreements, but we always make up and that's the best part. He's my best friend. I look forward to many more years together.

Twilight!!

I just have to say that I am obsessed with Twilight ha! I finished reading "Breaking Dawn" last week and saw the movie. So amazing!! BTW Brandon loves it too. ;)

Happy Halloween!

Vegas Baby!

So we left on Sept. 28 and got home on Friday, the 3rd. And then we still had the whole weekend ahead! It was a very nice, relaxing week. We stayed at the South Point Hotel & Casino. It's a few miles South of the strip. We went to a couple shows: The Mac King Comedy Magic Show (that was pretty good. I wouldn't pay to see it again though ha) & then we went to another show which had celebrity impersonators perform (JT, Madonna, Jay Leno, Elvis, etc.). We went to the wax museum on Monday and took pics of all the celebrities. We ate at a lot of different restaurants throughout the week (did I mention I gained 10 pounds. Just wait till I post pics, you'll see....he he). Oh and Amanda and I got massages on Tuesday...sooo nice! We also went to the Las Vegas Temple on Thursday and did a session. And then, of course, we just did a ton of sight seeing...walked through just about every hotel/casino on the strip. It was a fun-filled week and I didn't want to leave! But I was happy to come home & see my Kuda. :)
